Senior HR Generalist
Job Summary: In charge of making sure all HR Functions are carried effectively and efficiently and step in wherever help is needed.
Detailed Tasks and Duties
- Ensuring all daily HR operations are carried efficiently and with Compliance to the Company policies and Kuwait Labor Law.
- Administering Payroll compensation and Employee Benefit Plan Ensuring HRIS data are always maintained
- Developing and implement HR Policies and processes, work ethics.
- Assisting in Talent Management whenever needed.
- Assisting in Employee Grading/ Salary scale/ performance management Whenever needed.
- Ensuring Company/ Employee admin Papers are always processed, updated, and filed properly (Soft and Hard copies)
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in HR
- 2+ years of experience in Senior HR Position
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related.
- Valid Kuwait Visa- # 18
- Very Good Command of English and Arabic
- Thorough knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law
