Data Entry Officer
Job Summary: Supervising all HR operational tasks and Performing Strategic Reports and plans and Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of HR Department.
Detailed Tasks and Duties
- Managing all Main HR functions through HR team (or self whenever needed)
- Ensuring all Main HR operational records and reports prepared by HR team are accurate and upto date
- Preparing strategic HR reports
- Ensuring the digitizing of all employee data and files
- Conducting company code of Ethics and company processes and procedures.
- Managing the co-ordination of HR Dept. with the other departments
- Presenting HR department infront of Higher Management
- Performing other HR Manager related tasks.
